With nearly a decade of experience across portfolio management, investment banking, and real estate consulting, our CEO brings deep financial expertise and hands-on investment experience to the firm. He has led capital markets transactions at a global investment bank and managed income-focused and real asset portfolios for high-net-worth clients.
Today, he applies an institutional mindset with an entrepreneurial approach, helping clients and partners execute thoughtful, data-driven real estate strategies.
Matthew Cianci, CEO & Co-Founder
With a background in debt capital markets and financial technology, our Founding Partner brings deep expertise in real estate finance and product development. He spent years covering publicly traded REITs on a global investment bank’s DCM desk before leading the build of client-facing financial applications from the ground up.
He now applies that institutional perspective to designing practical, data-driven tools for real estate investors and operators.
Charlie Durkin, Co-Founder
With a background spanning machine learning, data science, and full-stack software development, our Founding Engineer leads all technical architecture and product development across the platform. He has built and deployed production-grade systems across industries including biotech, foodtech, logistics, and real estate.
Bringing a hands-on, first-principles approach to engineering, he translates complex data and workflows into scalable, reliable software, ensuring the platform is both technically robust and built for real-world use.
